  With my experience as a Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor at the Quality Inn, I have developed versatile skills and the ability to efficiently manage various tasks in a hospitality environment.

  My main responsibilities include greeting guests upon arrival, handling information requests, and assisting customers with their needs, especially regarding tourism. I also oversee daily operations, conducting thorough checks of records, client accounts, cash registers, and supporting documents.

  My experience with the KABA and ChoiceAdvantage systems has allowed me to ensure smooth room and revenue management. Additionally, I am responsible for sending Direct Bill invoices, balancing registers, and managing invoices.

  As a night auditor, I handle breakfast preparation, room and event setup, and make quick decisions to resolve unforeseen issues and ensure an optimal customer experience.

  As a French tutor at the Cégep de Victoriaville, I had the opportunity to help students improve their language skills, both written and oral. My role involved providing personalized support in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure, with a particular focus on key concepts such as verb agreement and the use of past participles.

  Through a pedagogical approach tailored to each student's needs, I helped strengthen their understanding of French grammar rules and assisted them in applying this knowledge in their academic work. My goal was to facilitate their progress and guide them toward better language mastery.

I was also in charge of managing the hotel’s convenience store, balancing registers, and preparing activities and services for the following day.

  With solid knowledge of the ChoiceAdvantage system, I tracked reservations, managed no-shows, and ensured an optimal guest experience. My role also involved verifying and compiling daily records, client accounts, and cash registers to ensure a thorough follow-up of financial operations.
